About Me:: Filmmaking has featured prominently in my life these past five years. I've enjoyed directing a number of short films, as well as writing a few myself. I have worked in the art department, in production roles, and in editing. I'm presently exploring the massive potential of After Effects, with exciting results. I'm also working on animation projects, following up a lifetime of cartooning, and continuing a collaborative process with my writer husband as we make short films together.

Film is the most recent venue acting as my creative outlet. Writing, illustration, photography, painting, sketching, acting and 20 years as a production artist have constituted my background.

Favorite Music:: Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Sepultura, The Stranglers, Ween, Violent Femmes, David Bowie, Johnny Cash, Rammstein, Barry Manilow.

What place do you want to visit that you haven't been?: Australia, Morocco, Germany, Hungary, India

What inspires your creativity?: Everything. All the ups and downs, my husband, my cats, all the great filmmakers like Cronenberg and Kubrick, nature, the stars, dysfunction, reflection, sadness, joy.

Favorite TV Shows:: Star Trek, Star Trek TNG, Arrested Development, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Hell's Kitchen, The League of Gentlemen (British series not the movie), Supernatural, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Office (both incarnations), Little Britain, Extras
