I would just go through an overnightprints.com type of place. You can get 500, 5.5 x 8.5 double sided cards for $100. Plus it's easy to upload art and they ship anywhere. I've used them for a few things and everything has turned out great. If you want to go local print shop, I would use PageOne Digital.
