Looking for:
Full Time Graphic/Package Designer with track record of taking designs all the way to retail.
Main need is OTC medicines as sold by FDM (Food & Drug Mass) like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target etc. and Natural Foods like Whole Foods etc. So packages need to be very carefully designed to meet the different needs of both markets. These packages compete directly with the largest OTC drug companies in America.
Packages are often paper board, sometimes generic bottles and once-in-a-while custom forms.
These designs DO go to market at large super centers—you'll see them on the shelves! Unlike many projects you may have worked on before.
That's it! You'll probably work on other print design projects too to keep things interesting so a well rounded portfolio is preferred.
