Ever used a creative business coach before? I highly recommend it just more clarity and a push in the right direction. Even if you already know where that should be, it helps keep you motivated.

I worked with RaShelle from inVision about 7 years ago when I first became partner to help define our roles and help work out billing issues we were having. I then worked with her 2 years later to redefine that partnership a bit more. (it is nice to have another brain besides your own). I then worked with her again when I realized it was time to get out of my partnership. She is kind of like having a therapist, business consultant and life coach all in one. Downside is when she's gone, you find reasons to connect just for the crack high. I have been out on my own doing my own thing officially one year this weekend. It made me think, I know I could do this on my own, but I also know I did it better and quicker because of her.

If you aren't a person who will do homework, don't waste your time. It is like hiring a personal trainer but still eating the ding dongs.
But if you are someone who likes to build and grow your business on a consistent basis or needs a push in the right direction, give her a shout to find out more.

She did not ask me to write this, nor does she know I am posting it. She did ask if I knew of a couple people in the industry who I might recommend. Then I thought... why keep that only in my own design circle - How greedy would that be? Why not share my secret weapon.

From time to time she will do blocks of coaching sessions for two reasons, not everyone is a good fit for coaching - you have to want to do the work, examine your life (that is a warning) and do some big picture planning. This is all about your next set of goals both personally and professionally.

I don't want this to sound salesy at all (is that a word) but like to share...It's just a great chance to see exactly what you need, while being able to take just a bite.

Good luck with your success, your future and those next steps to come.

I’m having a hard time believing we are already about to hit September- as coach to the Creative Industry I see a rhythm to the year... When Fall comes around I’ve noticed that many of us want to step it up a notch! We shift gears from ‘summer mode’ to let’s get moving... If you find your self in that place and could use some help I’ve listed a 2 coaching packages you might be interested in..

4 Coaching Sessions for $500 – You already are fairly clear on where your headed- and you want a professional opinion on how it’s going and if your steps are leading you in that direction. These sessions will fine tune and sharpen your focus.
9 Coaching Sessions for $1300 – Your feeling a little unclear or possibly stuck – you want to get focused, gain clarity along with a plan, and coaching that provides insight and accountability.

All the best!

Cheers,
RaShelle

Rashelle Westcott has been my business coach since 2001. And having someone who I am accountable to – besides myself – has pushed me to stay focused, re-evaluate goals and the strategies to achieve those goals, as well as digging deeper in the defining of where you want to be five or ten years from now. Her teachings are an asset to your personal growth and the furtherance of your career.
