As real as it gets... "Los Ojos"

A client of mine, Bob Stevens, recently finished a very strong video that tells the stories of ex-gang members and addicts who not only survived the streets of LA, but who turned their lives around in remarkable tales of redemption and recovery. From the interviews to the portraits in the neighborhood, we see what these eyes have seen.

Bob is a professional photographer using his talent for good. I'm glad to have clients like this!

Need a JR developer

I am looking for a developer to do some project based work to start and potentially, if it's the right fit, bring them on full time.

What am I looking for you ask...

Junior level PHP/Open-source developer
Basic knowledge of MySQL
Most importantly, someone who is a quick learner

I might even be willing to do an internship with a senior year student, but they need to have some want to do development. The problem I've had with Design interns who want to be "Web designers" is that they have absol… Continue

I think we have.
I was thinking the same thing when I saw your profile on here.

I've been pretty active in the LA AIGA over the last couple years, but before that did a lot with the OC AIGA.

Good for you! You're very talented when it comes to multimedia and interactive design. I know what you mean by going crazy, that's why I work full time now, it's hard being the one man/woman show.

My new job's been going great, well its almost a year now... Like the people like the company so I'll stick around for a while.

haha! yeah, everybody wants to be able to "manage" their site. CMS is such a buzz word right now and all my clients have to have control. At the end of the project they end up with a 10 page static site. Glad to know I'm not the only one!

How funny... a lot of the work we do is with Joomla and Drupal as well, we have built about 5 joomla sites, and we built about 2 drupal sites they ended up wanting the pages static, beats me why..
