Karen, IR is gone from CS3. A large part of IR was the ability to slice web pages and then convert all the slices (now images) into html, so you can then import into a html editor and develop. In CS3, you now do all your slicing inside of PS, and export the file directly out of PS as an html file with images. It works well if you develop web using Dreamweaver, although I stink at Dreaweaver. If you were using IR only for the purpose of reducing the size of images, then I'd recommend you check out Fireworks. Personally, I miss IR - I loved creating rollover buttons with it, they made it so easy. So I kept a copy of CS2's PS and IR on my computer- just in case!

What?! Image Ready is gone from CS3? I'm still using CS2 and find Image Ready to be very handy, especially for converting images for email and PC users. What does CS3 have instead of Image Ready? Does it work as well?
